Simple tool for enlightenment

Published by Prashanth on

There are innumerable meditations taught by great souls. Some are based on visualizations, some on mantras, and some on breath. However, the most simple of meditations is the one on breath. This system is simple, non-religious and can be practiced easily by anyone with limited knowledge and ability. In the recent times, there has been a surge in the different styles of meditation like kriya yoga, siddha yoga and kundalini yoga. It is important to recognize the simple systems and get rooted in reality.

Prashanth Guruji is a spiritual teacher from India, passionate about helping people realise their true potential. He is a doctor-scientist with a wealth of publications and articles published in eminent medical journals. His journey in Spirituality began after a sudden awakening experience. This experience has been a path-breaking anubhooti that shaped his later journey. It drifted him away from the Academia. He says, ‘Once the nectar of bliss is tasted, the yogi is drawn inwards, and the world becomes powerless.’ After this awakening, a natural desire to help and uplift the community has sprouted, leading to the inception of Sevā Trust, YouTube channel, and a Sādhana group on WhatsApp community. He inspires true seekers by guiding on meditation, clarifying questions posted by his disciples and sharing important musings for all following the spiritual path. Spreading Ātma Gyāna to all beings is now his life mission.
